Hi, I’m Michal Miller! I’ve always been hands-on—whether I was working low voltage jobs with my dad as a kid, keeping Tesla’s batteries running in my early career, or now helping contractors make smart business moves. I love rolling up my sleeves, finding creative solutions, and cheering on anyone ready to build something real. I’m all about giving back to the trades community that shaped me, and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together!

Michal's Story

For Michal Miller, this is personal—she grew up working alongside her dad in low voltage, learning early what it means to tackle real-world problems, pitch in as part of a team, and take pride in building something that lasts. Those formative experiences on job sites taught her grit, adaptability, and the importance of community. In her early adult years, Michal put that foundation to work at Tesla, where she joined the battery maintenance team and saw firsthand how skilled trades and advanced technology go hand-in-hand. She learned the value of understanding both the hands-on work and the bigger picture behind it.

Today, Michal supports contractors with business and financial guidance, helping them grow, navigate challenges, and keep their teams thriving. Every day, she witnesses the impact that the skilled trades have on families and communities across Nevada. Giving back to this world feels like a full-circle moment for her, and she’s honored to jump in with both feet.

That’s why joining the Board of NV STEM for Skilled Trades is so meaningful to Michal. She’s passionate about opening doors for the next generation—making sure students have access to education, hands-on experience, and the confidence to pursue rewarding careers. For Michal, investing in young people and the trades means building a brighter, stronger future for Nevada.
